What is this?

Systemic transformation is the process of restructuring a system to bring about a fundamental shift in its components and/or dynamics, so that it can achieve its objectives and values more effectively, at minimal cost. This requires a thorough understanding of the existing systems, context, and the challenges and opportunities that the transformation process can bring. It also entails the development of new practices and approaches that optimize available resources and create new ones, transforming the system within its social, political, economic, and environmental contexts.
